Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If for any reason you’re not happy with our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer discounts for recurring services?
Yes, we offer discounts for customers who schedule recurring cleaning services. We offer 20 percent discount on weekly, 15 percent discount on bi-weekly and 5 percent discount on monthly.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they’re hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing. We provide quality and take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied. We offer discounts for recurring customers and also have a referral program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions to clarify what your needs are. We then create a quote that is sent to your email and provided to you in Thumbtack. Once the quote is accepted, we assign a provider and service your home on the date and time selected. About 24 hours after the clean one of our team members will call and ask for feedback on the service we provided. If there was anything you were unhappy with, we will discuss a way to make it right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always enjoyed cleaning. It has been a passion that I look for in the people I hire as well. The maid service we offer in Gwinnett County is designed to make every home shine!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Some friends were constantly complaining about the quality of work some cleaners provided. I knew I could provide the same service with a higher standard of quality.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Post construction final cleanings are some of our favorites. Making a brand-new home sparkle for a family brings us joy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Read the reviews. If a business has a majority of good, verified reviews it speaks volumes. Most people are more likely to post bad reviews than good. So, if they are highly rated it means the customers were extremely happy with the service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask any question you would like. More questions will decrease the likelihood of misunderstandings.
